By submitting this form, you hereby accept and understand the following:

  1. This form must be completed and anytime there is a new tenant, a new form must be filled out.
  2. Tenant(s) must be provided with a copy of the CCR's and Rules and Regulations.
  3. Registrations are to be completed within five (5) business days of the property being occupied. If amenity access is applicable, the owner or owner's representative must submit the request by visiting the Association's web site and selecting "Amenities Access Request."
  4. All leases shall be consistent with the terms of the Declaration as amended, Articles of Incorporation, Rules and Regulations and Bylaws of the Association.
