What's Available to You

A Public Website for All

Whether you just moved in, are an investor, or need to send your vendor to help you submit an ARC, this is the starting point for everything.

Tailored for 4 Key Personas

Our site is designed for homeowners, vendors that do work at the association, title companies handling a closing, and real estate professionals.

Email Validation, Not Login Required

Most of our forms have only email validation. This gives you the freedom to have vendors or someone help when needed while you do not have to share or give access to the financials of your account.

Secure Private Portal

Any link with a lock means it is behind a username and password, by invitation, and is where all private community documentation and payment stuff lives.

Transition FAQs

Common questions about transitioning to Zeal Community

What is the Secure Resident Center?

The Secure Resident Center is your private portal where you can pay assessments, check your balance, submit maintenance concerns, view important documents, and more. It is your secure hub for all financial and account-related matters.

I didn't receive an invitation to the Secure Resident Center. How do I get one?

We might not have your email on file. Send a note to your community's support email at vhw.support@myzealhoa.com and our team will update your information and send you an invitation.

What if I already paid the previous management company?

That's okay! We will be collecting that information and updating your account as received. Please allow up to 30 days for us to update your account with payments made to the previous management company.

What if I have an automatic payment set up with the previous management company?

Cancel the automatic payment with the previous company, remove your banking information if possible, and set up your automatic payment through the Secure Resident Center.

I noticed my balance is not accurate. How do I get it updated?

First, verify the transaction history in the Secure Resident Center to ensure you're familiar with all charges. If a charge is incorrect, was removed before, or a payment is missing, contact us via email at vhw.support@myzealhoa.com. Be sure to attach supporting documentation so we can research and update accordingly.

What if I received a coupon via mail but already paid online?

You can disregard the coupon you received via mail if you already paid online. Online payment is the preferred payment method.

Where can I see the extra payments I made?

The quick way to see if you have prepayments is to look at your balance in the Secure Resident Center. If the balance is negative (in parentheses), it means you have a credit that will be used when a payment is due.

A second way to see the actual prepayments amount is to scroll to the "Account Information" box on the Secure Resident Center homepage, where you'll see "Prepayments" listed.

Any amount paid in excess of what was due will always show as a prepayment until the assessment is due. When you pay for the whole year, once every quarter starts you'll see the prepayment balance go down as the system automatically applies your credits.

Where can I find my account number?

To locate your account number, log in to the Secure Resident Center and look under "Account Information."
