For Prospective Tenants – Prior to Move-in

Background Check
All prospective tenants over the age of 18 must complete a background check.
The cost is $100 per tenant and is non-refundable.
Step 2
Wait for Approval
A decision will be shared within 5 business days with you and the property manager.
Do not sign a lease or move in until you receive a decision of approval from the association.
Step 3
Move In
Once approved, finalize your lease agreement with your property manager and enjoy your new home!
