All buyer parties on the agreement must complete a background check.

The cost is $100 per buyer and is non-refundable.

Step 2

Wait for Approval

A decision will be shared within 5 business days with you and the real estate professional.

Do not finalize/close on the purchase until you receive a decision of approval from the association.

Step 3

Continue with Purchase

Once approved, continue working with your closing agent and real estate professional to finalize the purchase.
